Finance FAQs

Quick answers to common financial questions

Complete the online financial aid application and submit all required documentation, including proof of income, academic records, and a personal statement. Applications are available through the student portal or at the Financial Aid Office.

Payment deadlines vary by plan: Full payment is due at registration, semester payments are due at the start of each semester, and monthly installments are due by the 5th of each month. Exact dates are published in the academic calendar.

A late fee of 5% of the overdue amount is charged after a 7-day grace period. Continued non-payment may result in restricted access to university facilities and services. We encourage students facing difficulties to contact the Finance Office immediately to discuss alternatives.
