Accommodation is available only at our Main Campus (Barlastone Campus), and reservations are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Reserving Your Space
To secure accommodation, students are required to contact the Accommodation Assistant and complete the necessary application form. Once a bed space is allocated, students must pay the accommodation fee of K3,250 directly into the university account. Please note that room allocations are confirmed only after the full payment is received, so it is essential to complete this process in a timely manner to ensure your reservation.

Upon securing your room, students are expected to occupy their assigned bed space during the registration period. Failure to do so without prior communication with the relevant officers may result in the bed space being reallocated to another student.
