Transition to University: In 2016, Eden Institute transitioned to Eden University, officially registering with the Higher Education Authority under Act number 4 of 2013. This marked a significant milestone, setting the stage for further expansion and development.

Expansion and Growth: Eden University has since broadened its reach, establishing two additional campuses: the Great East Road Campus, located directly opposite the University of Zambia’s main entrance, and the Chipata Campus in the Eastern Province. Today, the university operates six schools offering a wide range of diploma and degree programs, along with one master’s program. The schools are:

Eden University has since entered into a number of signed Memoranda of Understanding with several top notch Universities as a way of capacity building and learning good practice for sustainable development.

• WSG University in Poland

Eden University has positioned itself as an institution of higher education aimed at feeding into the demand for quality and skilled labour on the market.

To that effect the University has continued to attach cost effective fees to all the programmes on offer as a way of making education affordable for all.

Eden University has successfully trained and graduated ten cohorts of students, many of whom have secured positions in local and international labor markets. The university is committed to providing quality, cost-effective tertiary education, aligning its fees to make education accessible and affordable for all. Eden University continues to strive toward meeting the demand for skilled labor, contributing significantly to the education sector in Zambia and beyond.
